ROXAN

Edinburgh-based ROXAN first started playing gigs in 2023, soon supporting acts such as X-COAST. Drawing on her continental European roots, she crafts genre-defying sets that blend hypnotic techno with breaks and the occasional swerve towards electro. Her sound is characterised by intricate percussion and heavy bass, captivating audiences with a unique experience. 

Beyond her performances as a DJ, ROXAN has organised various clubnights as the ex-president of Edinburgh University’s electronic music society as well as a previous co-organiser and resident of Nektar, a queer charity night. 

Committed to inclusivity she also introduced workshops to her old society to make DJing more accessible, especially for women and non-binary individuals.
