ENAEN

Enaen is a Chicago-born and Scotland-based DJ working to combine traditional Jewish and Yiddish music with deep, hypnotic techno.

She draws inspiration from archival music, spanning from Yiddish folk to synagogue liturgy.

Combining sound samples from memoirs of her family and Jews around the world, her goal is to bring messages of 'doikayt' (hereness) to the dancefloor and make her ancestral music accessible for all. She made her Edinburgh debut in 2023 and has since then played for several clubs and radio stations around Scotland and the UK.
