Dany

South Korea-born and Edinburgh-based, Dany brings a warm, groove-led approach to house and disco, moving fluidly between Detroit influences, deep soul, funky house and boogie. Her sets are built around rolling percussion, rich basslines and layers of rhythm and melody that gradually build into something bigger - playful, hypnotic and made for a dancefloor in motion.

She believes in a simple formula: life = supply + demand + magic. For Dany, that magic shows up in shared moments - good music, good company, a room moving together until the night tips into morning.

Since establishing herself in Edinburgh, Dany has become a regular part of the city’s club scene, performing at Arcadia and becoming a familiar face within the EPiKA family. 

She has played both EPiKA’s main-room programming at The Bongo Club and the softer, deeper sounds of EPiKA SOFT at People’s Leisure Club, where her groove-focused sound finds a natural fit.
